Organizational Structure

Mission

 

The mission of NationsUniversity is to build faith and to train Christian leaders around the world through affordable, accessible higher education utilizing distance learning.

Commission for Operations (proposed): Mac Lynn, Chair, Chancellor and Head of Academic Affairs; Ernie Clevenger, Vice Chair and Head of Technology; Marty Lynn, Head of Student Services; Joe Sloan, Head of Fiscal, Legal, and Public Affairs

 

Administrator.  The administrator is charged with (1) human resources management, (2) coordination between directors and workers, (3) process management, and (4) special projects.  It shall be the responsibility of the administrator to assist the four unit heads, working with the division heads and those he/she designates for specific tasks. 

 

Administrative Units: NationsUniversity fulfills its mission through four administrative units of responsibility.  These are (1) Academic Affairs, (2) Fiscal, Legal, and Public Affairs, (3) Student Services, and (4) Technology.  A director of each of the divisions develops policies that are consistent with the mission of NationsUniversity and the general policies of the Board of Regents.  The directors execute their policies through an administrator.
